Delete everything within and then remove all your amazon s3cmd buckets

If you use amazon s3 storage (I do on the open science grid) for backup or checkpointing you will eventually run out of buckets, and need to get rid of all of them. This code does that automatically

Simply put it in whatever directory you want and run with ./rb.sh
