INSTALLATION:
1) Install required python packages:
quantities
python-igraph
pyamg
sympy
cython

2) clone from github

3) execute
python setup.py build
cp build/lib.XYZXYZ/vgm/core/*.so core/

4) make folder 'logs'
mkdir logs

5) Adjust PYTHONPATH to include vgm folder
