IXRFC1-Patch4 works out of the box, just modify settings.py and go

IXRFC3 was a WIP when the project was abandonned, it will be hard to use, good luck.

I do not condone using this on discord nor do I encourage you to create your own copy of this code, this is here solely for archival purposes.
