IgPycker is a command line tool to download Profile Photo of any Instagram user.
Usage:

Download the zip and extract the files to your desired location.

Open terminal at the location where you have extracted the files and use following command:
python3 IgPycker.py -
Make sure your system is connected to the internet. The tool will now prompt for the username of the user whose profile photo you want to download.

Now IgPycker will prompt for the name of the file you want to save the photo as. Enter any name you like.

Press Enter.
