Razorback

Razorback is a flexible OpenGL framework.

Razorback builds ontop of the PyGLy framework.

PyGLy's goals were simple, to provide a solid, flexible set of features that are requirements for any reasonably complex OpenGL application.

Razorback takes things a step further, remaining as flexible as possible whilest providing numerous higher level functions.

Features

  • Mesh loading (MD2, Wavefront OBJ)

Planned features

  • More mesh formats:
  • Spatial data-structures:
    • Sparse Voxel Octree.
  • Render helpers
  • Sort by material.

Installation

Razorback requires the following software:

Install dependencies

pip install -r requirements.txt

Install Razorback

git clone git@github.com:adamlwgriffiths/Razorback.git

Check that it worked!

python razorback/examples/md2/main.py

Usage

Check the 'razorback/examples' directory for for some example code.
