We must find where the topology is imported to change to static mode

now off to find static changes throughout the code and change them


25/04/2012 - found some errors in the program and in some of our changes, corrected some of them.

01/06/2012 - CastFlow finally working correctly, also our static topology is working, now we will work on change how the program works with the graphs. We are doing it to allow full duplex comunication and to increase scalability, for this we will use networkx.

21/06/2012 - added new topology option for our first tests with real topology, also removed some debugging code.

20/07/2012 - Many changes updated, changes to the controller and now a new dependency is added!! You have to have last version (make from code) of numpy and networkx.

16/08/2012 - Now castflow works, though it does not remove hosts.
