It is developed by Pengfei Li in Prof. Kenne Merz's Research Group
at Michigan State University.

released in AmberTools15 package, a version 1.0 has been released
in GitHub, and version 2.0 has been released in AmberTools16.
It should be used with AmberTools15 (or higher version) due to it
uses other code and files inside the AmberTools packge.
