1. Start a server with 'python server.py &'
2. Start any number of clients with 'python client.py'

RFCs of the form num_name (as the IETF names them) should be put in the ./watch directory. If the a client is started and no such directory exists, one will be created.

See the 'help' command for basic commands and the requirement specification (proj1.pdf) for details.
