The service is based on Google App Engine (GAE) technology: http://code.google.com/appengine/
Also it uses RememberTheMilk.com (RTM) API: http://www.rememberthemilk.com/services/api/

So you need to:

  * Register at GAE service
  * Register application at RTM
  * Copy Config.py.template to Config.py and fill Config.py with your keys and secrets
  * Uload the code to GAE
