2) run mock service: python service_mock.py
3) run consumer: python consumer.py
4) send an order: python send.py

This implementation doesn't include:
1) handling messages by consumer
2) internal consumer looking for status change messages from the consumer
3) tasks timeout and rerouting
4) transport history/statistics
