Il prodotto software GIS è un applicazione verticalizzata del framework GIS open source ROAM vers. 2.3.1, I sorgenti delle funzionalità implementate, specifiche del progetto, sono rilasciate con licenza GNU General Public License vers. 2 in linea con la licenza ROAM release 2.3.1.
