Converts NenuFAR raw files to filterbank files
Call:
python3.5 nenufarraw2fil.py ~/beamlet_processing/20190723_125300_20190723_125600_SUN_TRACKING -f 1 -t 20
required argument : directory where raw file is
optional argument : -f frequency resolution (in Hz) (default = 1Hz)
optional argument : -t time resolution (in s) (default = 1s)
