The project is a Codimension Python IDE svn plugin.

The plugin lets the IDE to highlight the svn status of the project files and provides a user interface to the svn related operations.

The plugin is pip installable:

pip install cdmsvnplugin

It makes no sense to install the plugin without the Codimension IDE.
