how to run napoli
napoli/main.py -h localhost -p 10000 -proc 1 -c configs/devel.py [start|stop|restart|status]

-h hostname
-p port number
-proc number of processor to start, use "max" to use as many processors as there are cores
-c path to config file
command [start|stop|restart|status]
