This app allows user to ask questions and allows experts to answer those questions.
The app basically supports 3 types of users:
1.Normal User
2.Expert User
3.Admin User
Navbar is loaded with different options for different types of users.
When a user logs in they can ask a question to a particular expert.
Expert user is able to see the questions asked to them and can answer those question.
An admin user Manages all the users and content seen on homepage.
An admin user can promote/demote a user to expertuser or normal user and can also delete questions which seem in appropriate.
