Installation

Installation requires followings

  • Autotools
  • libtool
  • pkg-config
  • gsl
  • python (for python binding)
  • swig (for python ginding)
  • guile (for guile/libctl binding)
  • libctl

To run python biding, following modules are required.

  • numpy
  • matplotlib
  • scipy

Installation in macOS

If you are using Macrports:

$ sudo port install autoconf automake autoconf-archive libtool guile swig gsl 

If you are using homebrew:

$ brew install autoconf automake autoconf-archive libtool guile swig gsl 

Known issuues

Most likely, the python bindings are not installed appripriately under your pyghon site-packages directory. Copy /somewhere/site-packages/fetmodel to your PYTHONPATH
