Workflow for setting up GSFLOW input for multiple future climate scenarios:

  1. Get the data from the GDP, and then translate it to the relevant set of PRMS/GSFLOW input files (see GDP folder)

  2. Preprocess the tmin data to develop input files for transpiration. Write PRMS/GSFLOW control files for each future climate model run (i.e., a General Circulation Model (GCM) - future emissions scenario - time period combination; see Preprocessing folder)

  3. Setup a batch run (see Run_scenarios folder)

  4. Postprocess the output (Postprocessing folder)
