This is a reproducibility repository for the manuscript Two-dimensional wave propagation in layered periodic media by Manuel Quezada de Luna and David I. Ketcheson, published in SIAP. The free preprint is also available from the arXiv

Dependencies:

• MATLAB R2011b or later (may work with earlier versions)
• PETSc 3.1 or later
• petsc4py

Also, to read the stored data files, PETSc should be configured with 64-bit indices.
