##Share File Web App This is a flask web app which can share the files in the server.

when user visit the web app, he can navigate the whole file system of the server.

to start the web app:

$ python startup.py

1. Add funtion to manage the permission and authority for the users to view file/directory base on the configuration.
2. Add file upload function
