CARAVAN is a free and open source web-based framework for on-demand seismic risk assessment, developed by the German Centre for Geosciences, Potsdam.

QuakeLink is a new protocol with a appendant software implementation to exchange earthquake and inventory information in real-time or time window based.

To configure the quaklink-plugin, edit the dictionary 'quakelink_conf' in 'caravan/settings/globals.py'

To start quakelink run 'python quakelink.py'. It will automatically get events and process them, with the caravan core-functions.
