LaTeX to CNXML transformation

Some system libraries are needed (about 2GB!):

sudo apt-get install xsltproc texlive-full imagemagick python-imaging

Tralics is also needed, follow this link:

You can find the standalone LaTex to CNXML transformation in src/oerpub/rhaptoslabs/latex2cnxml/latex2cnxml.py
