Purpose: RFXCOM legacy ethernet RFReceiver device plugin for Domoticz

Requirements: Legacy ethernet RFReceiver device, Domoticz server

Building: Create new plugin directory (e.g. RFXrcv), get plugin.py from this project. (TODO: provide simple git clone directions)

Usage: See configuration screen in Domoticz

Message Types: Currently supports two Oregon Scientific temperature/humidity sensors, and one Ambient Weather.

Compatibility: Device will detect and add additional Oregon Scientific sensors, but the code will need to be updated to support them.
