This is a copy of the SourceForge project. The CDAO ontology is on GitHub evoinfo/cdao but the code for the tools wasn’t, so I’ve imported it here (where possible matching SourceForge and GitHub users).

CDAO Tools is a collection of tools for working with the comparative data analysis ontology including import/export facilities for common phylogenetic file formats, and also a triple-store framework.
