Scripts and documentation for the PCP's protocol for assessing data quality.

To install do the following:

git clone https://github.com/preprocessed-connectomes-project/quality-assessment-protocol.git qap

Then ensure to add the qap folder to your python path.

Further usage details can be found at http://preprocessed-connectomes-project.github.io/quality-assessment-protocol. This link currently isn't working so please use the usage.md file within this repo in the interim.
