This is just a small utility to specify workflows for execution on our computer grid. It lets you specify simple workflows and automatically submit them to the grid through qsub.

For an example workflow, check out the "example" directory.

1. Fork the repository.
2. Make a new branch in your fork and name it feature/DESCRIPTIVE_NAME.
3. Implement your new feature.
4. Test it.
5. Open a pull request to the main repository.
