Actually a semi-transparent(I made it by myself! So proud of this 20 lines of code:) ) gtk-window, with webkit browser in it, you can even click through it to other windows, and if you command via JS (click on the little yellow square in the upper right corner of the widget) - you can make the whole window clickable.
