Mica: a new (all-powerful) package that gives us a MICroscope on
Aspect.

E.g.:

mica.vv : V&V analysis
mica.runasp : run custom pipeline
mica.report : produce reports on obsid(s).  This would normally drive
mica.vv.
mica.archive : fetch L1 aspect products and store locally
mica.trend : trending plots
