Quick & dirty Cython wrapper of Fuego Game & Board classes.

You'll need a copy of https://github.com/svn2github/fuego
- Built with debug: `env CXXFLAGS=-g ./configure --enable-assert; make`
- set FUEGO_ROOT to the directory where you built Fuego
