The direcotry contains scripts which extract data and plot acis corner pixel trends

Scripts

process_corner_pix.py       --- control script to call all other scripts

cpix.pro                    --- make corner pixel centroid plots
cpix_afaint.pro             --- make corner pixel centroid plots for afaint (almost faint) mode 
                                    ie. VFAINT obs, but FAINT cpixs
cpix_links.pro              --- custom find plot to link, and return array of links (not used)
cpix_plot.pro               --- plotting routine
curvefit.pro                --- Non-linear least squares fit
flipy.pro                   --- flipy y coord from convert_coord output for html map
get_data.pro                --- collect new acis evt files for cpix processing
run_get_data.pro            --- setting idl for run_data.pro
run_plot.pro                --- set idl for cpix_plot.pro

recent_obs.perl             --- create a table web pages of the recent observations link to histograms
move_old_files.py           --- move older histogram plots to Acis_Plots directory
