This set of script process grating data

Scripts
-------
run_grating_wrap_script --- environment setting

run_grating_main_script --- running scripts

run_grating.py ---- the main script to run the process

input: none but extract fits data using arc4gl
we also need to two template files in house_keeping directory:
                arc_template
                pl_template

Note: this script extract data from a "previous" month
so if you run this script on Apr 2015, the data
              extracted are Mar 2015.

    output:
             /data/mta/www/mta_grat/<Mon><yy>/<stamp>/
            e.g. see /data/mta/www/mta_grat/Apr15/15706/*

Related Script (written by B.S.):

/data/mta/www/mta_grat/update --- this script runs several idl script
you must be in /data/mta/www/mta_grat directory to run this script

Environment Setting
-------------------

The script needs an access to /proj/sot/ska/arch/x86_64-linux_CentOS-5/lib/python2.7/*
In run_grating_main_script, it sources:
        source /proj/sot/ska/bin/ska_envs.csh

Cron Job
--------
32 2 3 * * cd /data/mta4/Gratings/; /data/mta4/Gratings/Script/run_grating_wrap_script >> $HOME/Logs/run_grating_ti.cron 2>&1

Note from Brad (May 7, 2015 email)
-------------------------------------

> cd /data/mta4/Gratings
> vi arc - enter dates you want
> mkdir Apr15 - this can be called anything, I just used to do it by month
> source ~/.ascrc
> arc4gl -Ubrad -iarc
> source ~/.mta
> \rm *src1a*
> vi mkcommand.pl - change month to whatever you called dir
> mkcommand.pl - this makes the idl commands from all the fits files in the dir
> cp mkcommand.out command.pro - extra step (mkcommand.pl could write to command.pro, but I like to check it first)
> idl command
> mv Apr15 /data/mta/www/mta_grat
\rm *gz
> cd /data/mta/www/mta_grat
> ls Apr15 >> Angles/obslist - add new files to Angles/obslist, EdE/obslist, Focus/obslist, and Zero/obslist
> update
