Assignments for Andrew Ng's Machine Learning course implemented in Python or Matlab. The code is structurally equivalent to the Matlab implemented from Coursera.

htkmfc.py is a file to Read and Write THK feature files. This module reads and writes the acoustic feature files used by HTK
