FingerDetect.py

Instructions:
1. Fit hand on the region where 9 black boxes are
2. Press 'e' with the hand on the region
3. Close hand with only one finger pointing
(this finger will be used for drawing)
4. Blue circles will appear to track the finger

CLEAR - Press 'z'
