Usage: Clone the repository using

git clone http://github.com/vorcil/FNMR-EPI FNMR-EPI

import into the module using the built in console under file-> applications -> console

import ~/pathto/FNMR-EPI -f load FNMR-EPI

For using any specific tool, for example transform.py

load FNMR-EPI/transform.py
