Biotools

Introduction

Biotools are some little programs writen by Wolfson to solve some small problems in Bioinformatics.

Contents

display_chromosomes: paint the graph of chromosomes with reads using R.
count_bin: count the reads numbers in bins of alighment files.
blosum: a simple program to calculate BLOSUM.
crispr: Crisper/Cas9 processing.
bioapi: connect bioinformatics database.
biofuncs: python functions.
rna_seq: RNA-Seq analysis scripts, including bash scripts using tuxedo softwares and R scripts for analysis and visualization.
tailorbird: Multiple processing DNA sequence with GUI.
woodpecker: batch download papers by doi from Sci-Hub.
