- We assume that you have installed python, git, pip, and mongodb.
- Clone the repository to the project folder.
- Run
$pip install Flask-PyMongoto install Flask, PyMongo, and Flask-Pymongo. - Run
mongod(best in Administrator mode) to start the MongoDB database. - Run
python Biopedia.pyto start the project.
