Single page app with angularjs on frontend and django rest+postgesql at backend

This is a simple account app, inclding:

1. Users to register/signup and login to use

2. Dashboard: List the current month account

3. Add a balance for first time

4. Add entry/accounts for the current month

5. Close balance for a month

6. Download the entries for a closed month
