Three kind of analyses available:

• Genomic Assembly: Assembly, Contigs selection, Quality controls, ORFs Prediction, Genes Annotation.
• Metagenomic Assembly: Assembly, Contigs selection, Quality controls, ORFs Prediction, Genes Annotation.
• Prediction and Annotation only: ORFs Prediction, Genes Annotation.
