Random radio bits and bobs used with hackrf/rtl sdr

• tobin1.py - Script to take a very specific wav file and convert one channel to 0/1 while providing some time stats between changes.
• tobin2.py - Script to do the above but with an added resize option to evenly space things out
• stats.py - Just provide the stats given by the files above without creating a new file, also has manchester encoding options
• lights.py - Using RfCat to turn power switches on / off
