run_abc_model.ipynb - An Ipython Notebook to run Izhi_STN

firing_rate.py plot_izhi.py update_abc_model_xml.py load_sc_data.py read_abc_model_xml.py - Library code for run_abc_model.ipynb

To run the model, you'll need a working installation of SpineCreator.
