What We Watch is a project to analyze the public YouTube Trends data about what video trend in various countries.

This codebase includes three parts :

• a Ruby scraper to save the data to a MySQL database
• a set of Python scripts to analyze the data and see what countries are connected
• a Flask&Backbone website to explore the connections between countries
