Small picture software to resize image to thumbnail

1. Open your image
2. Choose a dimension preset (30, 50 or 100)
3. Click "Créer thumbnail"
4. Resized image is created into your PyResize.py's folder

Note: Works well with png images, but doesn't work correctly with some Jpeg file
