This is a branch of the holopy project with the added feature of a GUI with 
PyCUDA parallelization of the Mie scattering theory image computation.

holopy

Python package for analyzing digital holograms.  This includes code
for loading raw data files, preprocessing, reconstructing, and
fitting.
