Create output directories:

mkdir plots; mkdir log; mkdir joboptions

Create symbolic links:

ln -s /cluster/data03/qbuat/HtautauGeneration/prod prod

ln -s your_own_output_area ntuple

Source the setup script:

source setup_root.sh

To see details on the running command:

./submit --help

To generate Nevents X Nchunks events:

./submit gen --events Nevents --chunks Nchunks

To convert the EVNT record into a ROOT readable format:

./submit d3pd 

There is two drivers for two flavor of flat trees (flat and flat2):

./submit flat # DEPRECATED
./submit flat2

To cleanup the prod directory from the garbage files:

./submit clean

To test and debug the flat2 skimmer:

python flatskim2.py input.root output.root
