Announces when people are killed.

Do this one time to set the channel:

!kill announce: Set the bot to announce kills to this channel.  

Do this for each character to watch:

!kill watch: Start watching an eve guy for kills/losses.  Specify a character name.  

Other, less used commands:

!kill check: Run a check for kills/losses right now. You shouldn't ever have to do this.    
!kill list: Show everyone who is on the watch list.  
!kill reset: Reset the last kill ID  
!kill unwatch: Remove a character from the watch list
