1. DEPENDENCIES:
To run properly, this program depends of:
- Python 3.1 or greater <http://www.python.org>
- PyQt4 4.8 or greater, with python3 support <www.riverbankcomputing.co.uk>
- lxml (libxml2) 2.2 or greater, with python3 support <http://lxml.de>

2. INSTALL:
To install this program, run:
# python setup.py install
On program's folder.
