Solution for DrivenData "Modeling Women's Health Care Decisions"

This is my solution for that challenge. I ranked at #14 with score of 0.2547 for public dataset, and got 0.2595 for private dataset.

Run it on your own machine.

Download data from DATA DOWNLOAD into data folder
run preprocess.py script to make dataset.
run solution.py to make submission.
