TODO:
	- Running on a file (not the interpreter mode) has issues with
	  detecting all global variables.
	- Handling calls like foo(1)(2) properly like in tests/nested2.py
	- Adding numbering to Frames
	- Draw box and pointer diagrams for builtin sequence types.
	- Draw some useful representation of user defined classes.
	- Write a proper test suite and test script.
	- We have a bug with comments for the interactive version...
