Two figures, one showing correlation between the numberical advatange in terms of Democratic voters vs. the liklihood of a property tax increase succeeding. The other (BusinessTax_Scatter.png) shows no significant correlation between the numberical advatange in terms of Democratic voters vs. the liklihood of a business tax increase succeeding (PropertyTax_Scatter.png). Figures are generated by pol_analysis_business.py and pol_analysis_property.py, respectively.
