Tools for X-ray analysis

INSTALLATION :

. Initialize the git in the ANALYSIS folder of the experiment by > git init

. execute the command > git clone https://github.com/cedricmontero/SctX.git

-> The SctX folder will be created containing the git repository

REQUIREMENTS :

. Numpy library for numerical calculations

. Matplotlib and pylab for visualisation of data
