Are there cases where wxapp.py work and wxapp_1 doesn't ?

wxapp.py ../sudoku_solver.py
wxapp.py ../queens2.py

wxapp.py ../sudoku_solver.pyc
wxapp.py ../queens2.pyc


wxapp_1.py ../sudoku_solver.py
wxapp_1.py ../queens2.py

wxapp_1.py ../sudoku_solver.pyc
wxapp_1.py ../queens2.pyc

Is there a reason why WxAppFactory is a class with a __call__
method ? Any reasons why it can't be simply the following ?

def wxAppFactory(PyreAppClass, pyreapp_executable):
   class WxApp( PyreAppClass, wxPyreMixin, NewRun_for_PyreApp ):

       __doc__ = PyreAppClass.__doc__


       def __init__(self):
           PyreAppClass.__init__(self)
           wxPyreMixin.__init__(self, pyreapp_executable)
           return


       def run(self): return NewRun_for_PyreApp.run(self)


       def collectConfigurationsFromGui(self):
           self.enterWindowEventLoop()
           return


       pass # end of WxApp


   return WxApp
